Wisconsin wins the 2025 NC women’s hockey championship

Wisconsin wins the National Women’s Championship in ice hockey hockey 2025 and defeats Ohio State 4-3 in overtime. Dachshunds win their fourth National Championship in six seasons and eighth in the history of the program.

The 11-team tournament began with three regional semifinal games organized by the top three seeds, followed by four regional final games on satellite campuses. Ohio State and Wisconsin’s defense attorneys played for the third year in a row in the match.
