🏆 The FA Cup is rolling on

After beating Liverpool from the FA Cup, the reward of Plymouth Argyles in the Tour of 16 is a trip to Manchester City. Although Pep Guardiola’s side has struggled this season, it would be a monumental task for a team that is in the relegation zone of the championship to find a way to victory. But the same could have been said because they are confronted with Liverpool, and that’s why we play the games. A “cup set” can happen on every day and a team can donate history. Crystal Palace is another side that must be on a cup set watch, opposite Millwall. Untied’s prospects have changed dramatically since the losing of Amad Diallo in injury, but manager Ruben Amorim will be looking for a silver lining that he can reach until season. United will have to balance this game with Europa League game, but they cannot afford to look past when cups will be their only chance of a European place next season. In the meantime, Fulham flew high and winning in Old Trafford would be monumental because of their unlikely urge to a European place.

After a bad show in the Champions League last season, Newcastle United now gets the most out of their cup runs. Already in the EFL Cup final the Magpies also get the chance to add to the last eight of the FA Cup. There would be no better way to break their trophy -drying, which has been going on since 1955, then to get a domestic double in the cup competitions.

🇺🇸 The first loss of Hayes costs USWNT Shebelieves Cup

The national team of the American ladies was no more than winning the 2025 Shebelieves Cup, but eventually earned a lot of tactical and developmental victories. The USWNT lost 2-1 to Japan on Wednesday and settled in second place in the 10-year tournament.
