A rainy Saturday in Wrigley Field, St. Louis Blues passed ahead of Chicago Blackhawks by 2025 Nhl Winter Classic, 6-2. The Blues illuminated the score and that outburst of the offense came from the defense.

The defenders of St. Louis started off soon when Cam Fowler scored a power goal only 1:40 in the game. Fowler was left alone in high slot and had all day to bury a wrist shot behind Blackhawks goalkeeper Petr Mrazek.

This was a great goal for things to go through the blues, but it was also a great goal for Fowler, who skated in his 1,000th NHL party.

Fowler’s special day did not end there. He took a look through the traffic he found his way in front of Mrazek on the second day of the second period. In his ninth game as a member of the Blues, Fowler scored his third goal with the franchise.

Although Fowler was the story of the game, he had a lot of help to create offense from the blue line. His teammate, Justin Faulk, contributed a goal and two assists, and his account was the result of a magnificent play after an offensive area.

Faulk made a Feed of Companion Defender Philip Broberg and breaded by Mrazek.

When St. Louis’s defense did not ravage in the Chicago area, Jordan Binnington managed things at the Blues’ goal. He stopped 27 of the 29 shots he faced, and his best savings reached the second period when he stole absolutely Taylor Hall in a partial break.

Binnington went to look for the Pikeckecck and lost, but was able to throw the right pad and make a spectacular stop to maintain the leadership of Sant Lluís at 3-1.

The Blues did not give Blackhawks fans to encourage Wrigley Field, as they controlled the game from the beginning to the end. Jordan Kyrou, Alex Texier and Dylan Holloway had the other three high for the visiting club.

Tyler Bertuzzi and Taylor Hall scored Chicago, but the home team could not gather much more than that. This is the second time that the Blackhawks have lost to Wrigley Field with the first defeat against Detroit’s Wings Red in 2009.
