Man charged with killing Johnny, Matthew Gaudreau pleads not guilty to homicide charges

Sean Higgins, the man accused of killing Jacke’s Blue Star in Columbus Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew, has not been found guilty in a New Jersey court. According to Associated PressHiggins rejected a 35 -year -old supplication offer.

After the supplication of Higgins, the case is now going to court. The defense stated that the accident occurred as a result of “a combination of miserable circumstances only unlikely to occur again.”

The prosecution stated that Higgins had a history of road rage and was under the influence of alcohol after drinking throughout the day.

Higgins, 44, supposedly Hit and killed the Gaudreau brothers on August 29. According to police report, a vehicle ahead of Higgins saw Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau riding bicycles on the right shoulder of the road. When that vehicle moved to make room for them, Higgins allegedly tried to go to the right, hitting the two brothers.
