View our best XI:

Ahead

Alyssa Thompson (Angel City FC): The winger had a huge performance for Angel City after a successful stint with the American national team of American women. She registered a goal and an assist against Houston to tackle three crucial points, and Thompson is undoubtedly the MVP of Angel City, while he is balanced, and one of our best XI members, also for early awards.

Esther Gozalez (Gotham FC): After spending time with Spain and scoring in the UEFA Women’s Nations League, Esther scored two goals in Gotham’s 3-1 victory against North Carolina. It is her first time on the score sheet for the club after four weeks, and her efforts in defensive urgent situations did not delay her efforts higher on the field.

Ludmila (Chicago Stars FC): The Brazilian international turned the switch and the parties when she scored twice for the struggling stars. The club has not had many answers for the goal of starting this season and Ludmilas Two goals provided the stars their first victory of the year.

Midfielders

Leique Santos (Washington Spirit): The attacking midfielder has nailed a beautiful free kick to give the mind an insurance goal and to win a victory on the road against Louisville. She has been a consistent attacking presence for the Spirit, together with Ashley Hatch, while other attacking players make their way back from injury.

Hina Sugita (Portland Thorns FC): Whether it is about winning the ball or finding teammates, Sugita has been an important part in midfield by Thorns, while they are figuring out early this season. Reilyn Turner quietly becomes their leading goal scorer, while Sugita remains a covert connecting presence that is able to shift match pace.

Debinha (current Kansas City): Nothing is correct MVP clocks louder than a fourth consecutive appearance in our team of the week and that is exactly the case for Deinha. She leads her team and the competition, in opportunities (15), and scored her third goal of the season for the fourth consecutive victory of Kansas City. She is in a three -way draw for second place in the Golden Boot Race next to club teammate Temwa Chawinga.

Defenders

Lilly Reale (Gotham FC): The Rookie defender still had an impressive start when she scored her first professional goal at the weekend. She was constantly higher on the field in pieces of the game and had many heads-up moments in connecting fitting with attackers. She led the team in attempt to cross (5) and recovers (8) during Gotham’s first victory of the season.

Emily Sams (Orlando Pride): There may be no more consistent defender in the competition this season and SAMS has shown that this weekend has not received any minutes with the national team. She was immediately back in the mix of closing attacks and led the team in total recovery (9) when Orlando achieved a fourth consecutive victory.

Sam Stab (Chicago Stars FC): Staab’s return of an Achilles injury last year remains impressive and this time her efforts have paid off for the first victory of Chicago of the Year. The defensive form of Chicago is stronger when it is available and its long link play offers a different layer for another quiet attack for the stars.

Trinity Armstrong (San Diego FC): Another Rookie that supplied four of week four made Armstrong the best in her first start with San Diego. The 17-year-old became second in the team in Tackle success (66.7%) and exemptions (3) during her 76 minutes against the Stroom of Kansas City.

Goalkeeper

Beautiful bixby (Portland Thorns FC): A large comeback bog for Bixby that ran away with a shutout against Utah. She returned to the net for the first time since the birth of her daughter last July and was confronted with 12 crosses, nine shots against and three corners. The former starter could see more time in the net after her coupling performance.

Coach

Sam Laity (Angel City FC): The long-term NWSL coach is often on the sidelines in a supporting role in coaching staff, outside a one-year-old head coaching tint in Houston, and now the interim manager is while Angel City is looking for his next long-term skipper. Laity’s “Play the Kids” method works because younger players get more starting and responsibilities at the start of the season. It works, he has to keep it, especially if it leads to victories.
