The most amazing parts of the NCAA basketball tournament are often upset. Sure, they can beat the holders, but the excitement of Cinderella is always unforgettable.
Looking back at the tournament since 64 teams were expanded in 1994, you will see that when Cinderell, the seeds no. But 12 seeds have 31 wins from expansion.

And out of 16 seeds has only six winning record – No. 1 to 6. The most victory of the seed in one tournament is 19, when all four seeds No. 1 reached Final Four and combined with 19-3. This also means that three losses in these years (2012, 2015, 2018) came other Seeds No. 1.
