Kansas blasts five-straight home runs vs. Minnesota, ties NCAA DI record
Kansas has improved his name in the historical books of NCAA in his dismantling Minnesota 29-1. Jayhawks published eight runs in the third shift and hit five home runs in a row to bind the NCAA DI baseball record for most of the consecutive home runs.
Believe it or not, this is the fourth time in the history of NCAA di that the team hit five direct houses:
- 2006: South Carolina vs. Georgia (second shift)
- 1998: Eastern Illinois vs. MOREHEAD STATE (Fifth Shift)
- 1992: Centernenary (LA) vs. SFA (first shift)
The wisdom began a wild third shift with three times on the right field, and Michael Brooks took him home with the single on another playground to build Kansas 6-1. Then Sawyer Smith was hit by a playground to put two runners with Chase Diggins, who got on the plate.
Chase Diggins started a party and hit his second Homer’s season. Then Max Soliz Jr. and Brady Counsell crushed a couple above the left wall of the field. Brady Ballinger hit one deep, which just slipped inside the pole for the fourth. Then Minnesota native Jackson Hauge broke him about 20 lines deep in the left field means his second day.

Minnesota opened scoring at the bottom of the first shift, but Kansas set out on 29 unanswered runs in a massive victory on the road at US Bank Stadium in Minnesota. Jayhawks completed a day with seven home runs. Both Chase Diggins and Jackson Hauge had two Homery and Seven RBI. Hauge also added a long twice the wall in the right field for a good degree.
