2025 NHL playoff race tracker: Where things stand in each conference with four spots clinched so far

• The first three teams in each division are automatically ranked for the playoffs.
• Each conference has two wild card points.
• The winner of the upper division of each conference will play the second team of Wild Card and the other winner of the division will play the first team of Wild Card.
• The second and third place in each division will coincide with each other in the first round.
